Bone Marrow. HISTOSONDA Dual Kappa/Lambda.400XIn one vial we have mixed fragments of single stranded DNA targeted against lambda light chains labeled with digoxigenin and fragments targeted against the RNA of kappa light chains labeled with biotin.

After revealing a dual signal is obtained which is potent and brilliant showing in only one section the cells that produce lambda light chains in brown and those producing kappa light chains in red.

As the detection antibodies can mixed, this technique practically consumes the same amount of time as a normal hybridization - a total period of 3 hours counting from the start of de-waxing until the visualization of the results by light microscope.
